「プライバシー・ポリシー」は、SmartUF株式会社（SMARTUF CO., LTD.）（以下「当社」）が提供するMac用アプリケーション「ガラケー動画庫（Retro Mobile Video Vault）」（以下「本アプリ」）において、利用者が本アプリを利用するときに適用されます。また、本アプリにおいて利用者から取得した個人情報は、本「プライバシー・ポリシー」に従って厳重に管理されます。
1. 完全オフライン設計とデータのローカル処理
本アプリは利用者のプライバシーを最大限に尊重し、完全オフラインで動作するように設計されています。本アプリに取り込まれた動画・音声ファイル、変換されたMP4ファイル、メタデータ（タイトル、サムネイル等）を含むすべてのデータは、利用者のMac端末内でのみ処理・保存されます。当社を含む外部のサーバーやクラウド等へ送信・保管されることは一切ありません。
2. ネットワーク通信について
本アプリ自体は、インターネットへの外部データ送信やトラッキング通信を一切行いません。安心してプライベートな動画を管理・再生いただけます。
3. アプリ内決済について
本アプリの購入および決済処理は、Apple Inc.が運営するMac App Storeを通じて安全に処理されます。当社が利用者のクレジットカード情報や決済口座情報を直接取得・保持することはありません。
利用者が当社へお問い合わせいただく際にご申告いただくメールアドレスや氏名等の個人情報は、以下の目的でのみ利用し、それ以外の用途には使用いたしません。
・ お問い合わせやサポート依頼への回答・対応のため
・ 不具合の調査およびアプリの品質改善のため
・ 紛争や法的措置への対応のため
当社は、以下に該当する場合を除き、利用者の個人情報を第三者に提供・開示することはありません。

The App is strictly designed to operate completely offline. All video and audio files imported, converted MP4 files, and associated metadata (such as titles and thumbnails) are processed and stored exclusively on your local Mac. No user media or file content is ever transmitted to or stored on our servers or any third-party cloud services.
2. Network Communication
The App does not perform any outbound network communication or tracking. You can safely restore and manage your private videos with complete peace of mind.
3. Payment Information
App purchases and transactions are handled securely through Apple Inc.'s Mac App Store. The Company does not collect or store your payment details, such as credit card numbers.
Personal information provided when contacting our support (such as your name and email address) is used solely for the following purposes:
