「プライバシー・ポリシー」は、SmartUF株式会社（SMARTUF CO., LTD.）（以下「当社」）が運営する「推しパズル - My Slide Puzzle」（以下「本サービス」）において、利用者が本サービスを利用するときに適用されます。また、本サービスにおいて利用者から取得した個人情報は、本「プライバシー・ポリシー」に従って管理されます。本サービスを通じて情報やサービスを提供している会社などがそれぞれ利用者の皆様から取得している個人情報については適用されません。また、本サービスの利用者以外の方には適用されません。
1. 画像データの取り扱いについて
本サービスでは、パズルを作成する目的で、利用者のデバイス内の写真ライブラリへのアクセス、またはカメラによる写真撮影を行う場合があります。取得した画像データは、パズルの生成および表示のためにデバイス内でのみ使用され、当社のサーバーに送信・保存されることはありません。
2. 広告配信およびログ情報について
本サービスでは、広告配信を目的として以下の広告配信事業者が利用者の情報を自動取得する場合がございます。これには、利用者を識別するための広告識別子（iOSのIDFA、AndroidのAAID等）が含まれます。取得する情報、利用目的、第三者への提供等につきましては、以下の広告配信事業者のアプリケーション・プライバシーポリシーのリンクよりご確認ください。
AdMob（Google Inc.）
また、当社は本サービスへのアクセス状況やそのご利用方法に関する情報を収集するために、以下の情報を収集する場合があります。
・ログ情報
ログ情報には、利用者のデバイスのIPアドレス、デバイス名、オペレーティングシステムのバージョン、当社のサービスを利用する際のアプリの設定、サービスの利用日時、その他の統計情報が含まれます。
・Cookie
本サービスにて利用するクッキーには、利用者個人を特定する情報は含まれていません。クッキーの使用可否は利用者にて選択可能です。
本サービスにおいて当社にお問い合わせをされる際などにご申告いただく情報等、当社が収集する個人情報の全ては当社の提供する本サービス利用にのみ使用します。
当社の個人情報についての利用目的は以下の通りとし、それ以外の用途には使用いたしません。
・ 紛争・訴訟などへの対応のため
・ カスタマーサポート等アフターサービスを行うため
・ 本サービス利用に関する動向、不具合把握等補足情報収集のため（個人を特定される情報は含みません）
・ 本サービスにおけるアプリ内課金の有効化および購入状況の確認のため
個人情報以外の収集情報の利用目的は以下の通りとし、それ以外の用途には使用いたしません。
・当社のサービスに関連して、個人を識別できない形式に加工した統計データを作成するため
・当社または第三者の広告の配信または表示のため
当社は、利用者の情報の紛失、盗難、悪用、不正アクセス、開示、改ざんおよび破壊を防ぐための技術的・組織的な安全対策を講じています。
また、アプリ内課金等の決済情報は、Apple Inc.やGoogle LLC等のプラットフォーム事業者が提供する決済システムを通じて処理され、当社が利用者のクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を直接取得・保持することはありません。
当社は、利用者の情報を以下に該当する場合を除いて第三者に開示することはありません。
・本人のご了解が事前にある場合。
・人の生命、身体又は財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得る ことが困難である場合。
・裁判所、検察、警察、税務署、消費者センター、その他の法律や条例などで認められた権限を持つ機関から適法・適式な情報の照会があった場合。
本サービスはアカウント作成を必要としません。利用者の行動統計データ等の削除を希望される場合は、本アプリをアンインストールすることでデータの蓄積を停止できます。また、その他個人情報の取り扱いに関する削除請求につきましては、下記お問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。
当社は、保有する個人情報に関して適用される日本の法令、その他規範を遵守するとともに、「プライバシー・ポリシー」の内容を適宜見直し、その改善に努めるものとし、必要に応じて、「プライバシー・ポリシー」を変更することがあります。
変更が生じた場合は、更新日とともに、最新版を掲載していきます。

This "Privacy Policy" applies when users use "My Photo Slide Puzzle" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") operated by SMARTUF CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Personal information acquired from users through the Service will be managed in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This policy does not apply to personal information collected by other companies providing information or services through the Service. Furthermore, it does not apply to anyone other than the users of the Service.
1. Handling of Image Data
For the purpose of creating puzzles, the Service may request access to the photo library on the user's device or use the camera to take photos. The acquired image data is used exclusively within the device to generate and display puzzles. It is NEVER transmitted to or stored on our servers.
2. Ad Delivery and Log Information
For the purpose of ad delivery, the following third-party advertising companies may automatically acquire user information. This includes advertising identifiers used to identify users (such as IDFA for iOS, AAID for Android, etc.). In addition, the Company may collect the following information to gather data on the access status and usage of the Service:
・Log Information
Log information includes the IP address of the user's device, device name, operating system version, app settings when using our Service, the date and time of use, and other statistical information.
・Cookies
Cookies used in this Service do not contain information that identifies individual users. Users can choose whether or not to allow the use of cookies.
All personal information collected by the Company, such as information provided when contacting us regarding the Service, will be used solely for the provision of the Service.
The purposes of using personal information are as follows, and it will not be used for any other purposes:
・To respond to disputes, lawsuits, etc.
・To provide after-sales services such as customer support.
・To collect supplementary information for understanding usage trends and bugs regarding the Service (does not include personally identifiable information).
・To activate in-app purchases and verify purchase status within the Service.

Additionally, payment information for in-app purchases is processed through payment systems provided by platform operators such as Apple Inc. and Google LLC. The Company does not directly acquire or retain payment information such as users' credit card numbers.
The Company will not disclose user information to third parties except in the following cases:

・When it is necessary for the protection of human life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the user's consent.
・When there is a lawful and formal request for information from a court, prosecutor, police, tax office, consumer center, or other authority recognized by law or ordinance.
The Service does not require account creation. If a user wishes to delete their behavioral statistical data, they can stop the accumulation of data by uninstalling the app. For other requests regarding the deletion of personal information, please contact us at the inquiry desk below.
The Company will comply with Japanese laws and other norms applicable to the personal information it holds, appropriately review the contents of this Privacy Policy, and strive for its improvement. The Company may change the Privacy Policy as necessary.
